A Connecticut lunch lady remained silent about allegations she groomed a 14-year-old boy and sexually assaulted him in her SUV, according to court documents filed March 1. She was eventually charged and appeared before Danbury Superior Court for an arraignment hearing.
Police reported that Rosafort picked him up from a party at his friend’s home, drove him a short distance, and engaged in sexually charged contact with him inside her SUV before sending explicit pictures and asking for nude images, according to reports from him.
What Happened?
Andie Paige Rosafort, 31, worked as a lunch aide at New Fairfield Elementary School until February 20, when state police announced she sexually assaulted a teenager. Rosafort was then charged with second-degree sexual assault, enticing a minor online, and risking injury to children.
One freshman student reported to police that Rosafort would frequently contact them through Instagram and Snapchat, sending nude photos that she later sent in response to his inquiries about them being accidental. When questioned by him regarding these photos being sent accidentally she sent more images without clothes.
On January 13, Andie rosafort is accused of picking him up from a party held at his friend’s house, driving him away, and engaging in sexual contact in her SUV. Police conducted a search of Rosafort’s phone which yielded photos and videos which support his account; these were found at Rosafort’s residence as well.

As per a police report, 31-year-old Andie Rosafort engaged in an online relationship with a first-year student for six months. She sent him naked pictures of herself which led him to suggest it must have been an error before continuing with sending more naked shots and telling her he wanted to meet up.
On January 13, Rosafort drove the alleged victim in an SUV for a short distance where they made sexual contact, according to an affidavit filed by his father, before dropping him back off at a house party where he informed both school officials and police of the encounter. When he became uncomfortable he left and informed both of them immediately about it. Rosafort then informed both school administrators and police of this occurrence.
Detectives conducted an examination of Rosafort’s phone and found multiple screen recordings with explicit content as well as messages between herself and the alleged victim, as well as messages between Rosafort and the latter that contained explicit material. She is being charged with second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and engaging minors by computer in sexual acts.

He claimed they had been exchanging private messages for months, during which time Rosafort sent sexually explicit photos while asking him for images of himself.
According to an affidavit, she allegedly sent him masturbation films. On one occasion he left an event to meet her and returned “behaving strangely”. Police confiscated her phone and discovered numerous explicit pictures and messages, prompting them to charge her with second-degree sexual assault as well as inducing minors online.
